Run the night

Everything a caller needs, from first ball to verified winner.

A full flashboard on your TV

Huge last-called number, a full B-I-N-G-O flashboard, and a last-5 ribbon — readable from across the hall.

No ball machine? No problem

The built-in caller draws for you — complete with an animated glass ball machine on the TV that pops each call into a tray. One tap per ball, or hands-free auto-call with voice in English or Español.

Fully manual mode

Click a number or type 52, G52, or G-52 and press Enter. Undo, remove, reset, duplicate warnings.

Saves your game

Every call is saved to your browser instantly. Refresh the page mid-game and pick up right where you left off.

Get everyone playing

Paper cards, phone cards, music bingo — the whole room, included.

Free printable cards

Need cards too? Generate & print unique bingo cards for your whole hall — free, no signup.

Phones instead of paper

Players scan a QR code and get their card on their phone — tap along, get a quiet heads-up on bingo. No app, no signup.

Music & word bingo

Turn any song list into printable bingo cards — with 10 ready-made lists from Motown to Hymns & Gospel to Christmas.

Make it yours

Built for volunteer-run halls — flexible when you want it, simple when you don't.

Optional camera

Point a webcam at the blower to show the physical ball next to the digital board. If the camera fails, the board keeps running.

Auto Assist (beta)

Camera-assisted ball recognition that only ever suggests — you confirm every call. Never auto-calls by default.

Senior-friendly

Large numbers, high-contrast theme, colorblind-aware columns, keyboard shortcuts, and touch-friendly controls.

Two screens. Zero chaos.

The hall watches a clean, animated board. You run everything from a private control room — no scrolling, no cursor, no clutter on the big screen.

Questions, answered

Do I need special equipment?

No. Just a laptop or PC with a web browser, and an HDMI cable to your TV or projector. A webcam is optional — only if you want to show the physical bingo balls.

Do I need a bingo ball machine?

No! The built-in random caller draws balls for you — tap 🎲 for each ball, or turn on auto-call and it draws every few seconds with voice announcements. (For social and fundraiser play; licensed charity games should check their state's draw rules.)

Does it work without internet at the venue?

Yes. Download the free Windows app, activate it once online, and it runs offline for up to 14 days between check-ins — perfect for halls with no Wi-Fi.

Do I need a credit card for the trial?

No credit card required to start. You get a full 7-day free trial. After that it’s just $9.99/month, and you can cancel anytime.

How much does it cost?

$9.99/month after your free 7-day trial. No setup fees, no contracts, cancel whenever you like.

Is this cheaper than an electronic flashboard?

Far cheaper. A standalone electronic bingo flashboard runs $1,500–$4,000 plus special hardware. BingoBoardTV gives you the same big digital flashboard on a TV you already own for $9.99/month.

Can I run it from a phone or tablet?

It works in any modern browser, but for the big-screen TV experience we recommend a laptop/PC connected by HDMI.

Is my camera private?

Completely. The camera feed is shown locally on your device and never uploaded to us or anyone else.

Is it easy for seniors / volunteers to run?

Yes — huge numbers, a high-contrast mode, big touch-friendly buttons, and simple click-or-type calling. Built for church halls, VFWs, and clubs.

What if the camera or internet drops mid-game?

The board keeps going. Manual mode never depends on the camera, and your called numbers are saved automatically so a refresh won’t lose your game.
