BingoBoardTV is a display tool for running bingo games. You are responsible for operating your game fairly and in line with any local laws or regulations that apply to bingo and gaming in your area.
Free trial, billing & renewal
New accounts include a 7-day free trial — no credit card required to start. If you choose to subscribe, BingoBoardTV Pro is $9.99 USD per month, billed automatically through PayPal each month until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize us (via PayPal) to charge that recurring fee. Prices may change with notice; the price shown at signup applies to your current term.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime — from your PayPal account (Settings → Payments → Automatic payments), or by contacting us and we’ll cancel it for you. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid month and simply won’t renew after that. There are no cancellation fees.
Refunds
Because we offer a full 7-day free trial before any charge, monthly fees are generally non-refundable once billed. That said, we want you happy — if you were charged in error or are unsatisfied, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we’ll work with you on a fair resolution, including a refund where appropriate.
Free/comped accounts
Accounts we grant free of charge (e.g. for charities, clubs, or partners) are provided as a courtesy and may be modified or ended at our discretion.
Service “as is”
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. Auto Assist is experimental and provided as a suggestion aid only — the operator is always responsible for confirming every called number.
Acceptable use
Don’t abuse, attack, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
